Please join us for the gentle practice of restorative yoga, calming breath work and iRest Yoga Nidra meditation. The poses are designed to softly reopen your body where grief has closed it. The breath practices calm the nervous system and cleanse the mine. iRest relaxes you and gives you the tools and the stamina to be with this intense experience with as much ease and grace as possible. This class is open to those with all levels of experience or none at all. Yoga mats are provided.
